Yes, we planned to go see one of our country's most remarkable natural wonders: Mammoth Cave National Park . . . but that intention quickly faded when "Bourbon Heritage Center" came up on the GPS's list of nearby attractions. Turns out the distillery (Evan Williams, Elijah Craig bourbons) is no longer here, but good lord are there mighty storage facilities. Plus, this was just stop one on our bourbon tour.
